As a subsidiary to District Development Fund Operation in general, the District Development Fund runs a construction and maintenance unit charged with the responsibility of:-
Constructing and maintaining buildings and houses for the benefit of the the District Development Fund staff and that of other Government Departments.
In pursuit of the above Mission, the section undertakes to:-
Construct and maintain buildings and houses for DDF staff and other government department to the standards specified by the Ministry of Public Construction and National Housing; and
Respond to requests for emergency repairs to the buildings and houses within a day of receipt of the request.
